Creative Competition in Odesa: Celebrating Educators

On December 12, 2024, the first stage of the All-Ukrainian competition 'Source of Creativity' was held in Odesa in the category 'Club Leader', focusing on extracurricular education in the military-patriotic and artistic (musical) fields.

Participants presented descriptions of their teaching experiences, including an abstract 'My Teaching Experience', development of a mass event, and a club lesson plan.

Additionally, educators showcased their work on the theme 'My Teaching Credo'. They demonstrated their professional skills, knowledge of methodology, pedagogy, and psychology, as well as the ability to implement innovative approaches to teaching and engage children in their creative and intellectual development.

Based on the decision of the city jury, the winners of the first stage of the 'Source of Creativity' competition were identified, who will be awarded diplomas from the Department of Education and Science of the Odesa City Council:

1st Degree

military-patriotic direction:

Oleksandr Harkavchenko, leader of the 'Young Patriots' club at the Odesa City Palace of Children's and Youth Creativity;

artistic (musical profile):

Anastasiia Voiedylo, head of the exemplary artistic collective of Astra Voice Studio at the Odesa Center for Children's and Youth Creativity 'Divosvit';

Marina Zaitseva, head of the folk artistic collective 'Children's Vocal Ensemble Palmira' at the Odesa Center for Children's and Youth Creativity 'Samotsvit';

Olha Petrusenko, head of the vocal club 'Barvinok' at the Odesa Center for Children's and Youth Creativity 'Promin'.

2nd Degree

Olena Varichenko, head of the club at the Odesa Palace of Children's and Youth Creativity 'Bila Akatsia';

Tetiana Vasyelkova, head of the club at the Odesa House of Children's and Youth Creativity 'Dominanta'.

The All-Ukrainian competition 'Source of Creativity' is organized to support talented educators in extracurricular institutions, promote their self-realization, and encourage further creative pedagogical work.
