New Options for Postponement from Mobilization

The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine has announced the launch of beta testing for new options to obtain postponements from mobilization through the Reserve+ app. According to the official statement from the Ministry,
"Soon, new categories of postponement will be available in the Reserve+ application," the announcement states.
Postponements can be obtained online by: parents raising children under 18 alone, and individuals caring for a parent with a disability.
The Ministry invites all citizens falling into these categories to participate in testing and take advantage of the new service.
To join, you need to fill out a short form via this link. The Ministry also explained how the online postponement works.
To request a postponement in Reserve+, you need to submit an application. The system will verify the grounds in state registries, and if confirmed, the postponement will be granted, with information reflected in the electronic military document.
The entire process is automated, typically taking a few hours and does not require document collection, visits to territorial recruitment centers, or prolonged waiting for a decision.
Reserve+ enables quick, transparent resolutions without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Currently, individuals eligible for postponement in Reserve+ include: persons with disabilities; parents of three or more children born in one marriage; parents of children with disabilities; spouses of defenders with children; husbands or wives of persons with disabilities; those with temporary incapacity; students and graduate students; employees of higher education institutions.
