Active Citizenship Week in Ukraine
From September 15 to 21, Ukraine hosted the III Active Citizenship Week, aimed at encouraging citizen engagement in societal processes.
As part of this week and the campaign «Barrier-Free is an Opportunity», an interactive event titled «Dialogue for Peace» took place in Odesa.
This event, dedicated to the International Day of Peace, brought together youth, teachers, parents, and representatives of arts schools.
Participants explored the meanings of peace and how each individual can contribute to its maintenance.
A safe space was created during the game, fostering an atmosphere of trust and active listening, allowing everyone to express their thoughts.
The event was part of the project «Peace, Love, Unity: Creating Together» with international participation, emphasizing mutual respect and cultural equality, initiated by Lyudmyla Mazur, a lecturer at Odesa Art School No. 12.
