Easter Celebration for Children of Soldiers: Creative Workshops
In the lead-up to Easter, volunteers from the charity fund «Your City» collaborated with the «Evening Gatherings» team to host a special event for 35 children of military personnel at the Mental Health Center.
Together, we conducted free workshops for young children and teenagers on decorating Easter cakes. The psychologists from the Mental Health Center of the «Your City» fund facilitated art therapy sessions, employing exercises aimed at emotional relief for children coping with the absence of parents on the front lines or in captivity, or dealing with their loss.
Children are our future. This is the least we can do for them.
