Fatal Accident Near Peresyp Bridge
Authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding a deadly traffic accident near Peresyp Bridge, in which a woman lost her life. The incident occurred yesterday, March 4, around 7 PM.
The head of the transport crime investigation department of the Odesa regional police, Dmytro Slyuta, stated that a 53-year-old driver of a DAF truck, while driving on Otaman Holovaty Street towards Balkivska Street, struck a woman who was crossing the road at the time.
"Unfortunately, the victim, whose identity is currently being established, has died from her injuries," police reported.
