Autumn Greening in Odesa: New Plants for the City
In Odesa, the workers of the Municipal Enterprise "Miskzelentrest" have started their autumn planting activities. This season, over 1050 young trees are scheduled to be planted. Specifically, 330 saplings will be planted on streets where old stumps have been removed, including white acacia, Norway maple, common ash, Japanese sophora, and western plane tree.
This week, 9 sophoras were planted on Ukrainian Heroes Avenue, and another 3 sophoras adorned the City Garden.
Additionally, in Istanbul Park, the greening team planted 70 cotoneaster bushes. In total, more than 1800 bushes are planned to be planted this autumn in various neighborhoods, including privet, spirea, mahonia, and forsythia.
