The Odesa city council reminds residents and visitors to be cautious about changing weather conditions, limit movement during worsening weather, especially for the elderly, children, and pregnant women, and to be careful when moving under trees – strong winds may cause branches to fall.
Please do not leave vehicles under trees or power lines.
The danger of being in the beach area is extremely high. Due to the storm in the Black Sea, there is an increased mine risk. There is a high likelihood of marine mines breaking loose from their moorings and drifting to shore, as well as uncontrolled detonations, especially in stormy weather. If you spot a marine mine (or objects resembling it), do not touch them. Report immediately by calling 102.
