Ensuring Children's Safety During War
In a secure area of a kindergarten in the Odessa region, established with the support of the Olena Zelenska Foundation, rescuers and police conducted a safety training session for children.
The space is equipped with modern displays and interactive materials that help children learn the rules of fire safety, actions during alarms, mine danger, and basic first aid in an accessible manner.
This shelter, capable of accommodating nearly 400 children, has become not only a reliable refuge during air alerts but also a space for learning, play, and development.
Such initiatives prove that even during wartime, children's education can remain safe, engaging, and effective.
