Ukrposhta Introduces Express Window for Faster Service
Ukrposhta has introduced a new initiative called «Express Window» aimed at improving the speed of service for customers receiving packages and letters.
This was announced by the CEO of the company, Ihor Smiliansky, on his Telegram channel.
The pilot version of the «Express Window» was launched on September 8 in over 1,500 branches across the country.
«As part of our efforts to combat long wait times, we have created the 'Express Window', which will be marked in black and yellow. Here, customers can quickly send or receive packages, get their letters, and manage cash on delivery», the announcement stated.
According to Smiliansky, with the new system, receiving packages will take only 30-45 seconds. The company will also provide shipping bags for free in all branches.
All other services, such as pensions, payments, and letter dispatch, will continue to be available at the universal window.
