Tragedy at the Beach: Three Lives Lost in Explosions
On August 10, a tragedy struck at a beach in one of the communities of Karolino-Buhaz: as a result of two explosions from unidentified objects, three people – a woman and two men – were killed. The identities of the victims are being established.
Investigative teams from the police, bomb disposal specialists, and emergency services are currently on the scene.
All circumstances surrounding the tragic events are being determined, and the issue of entering information into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations under Article 115 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine with the note "accident" is being addressed.
The police urge residents and visitors of Odessa to strictly follow wartime regulations: do not access restricted beach areas along the Black Sea coast. Stay safe and only visit designated beaches.
