A New Chapter in Poland: Karol Nawrocki Becomes President
Karol Nawrocki has officially taken his oath as the president of Poland during a ceremony held in the Sejm.
This was reported by RMF24.
Supporters of Nawrocki gathered outside the building early in the morning, chanting slogans in his favor.
Shortly after 10 AM Polish time, Karol Nawrocki took the oath and officially began his term, succeeding Andrzej Duda.
Duda, who is stepping down after two terms, delivered his final address on Tuesday evening, promising to continue his "active engagement" both domestically and internationally.
