Advancing Military Registration: The Unified State Register
On June 17, the Ukrainian Parliament approved a significant bill aimed at creating a Unified State Register for military personnel.
"This is a pivotal step towards a streamlined and contemporary system for record keeping and service provision for our military members," stated Defense Minister Rustem Umerov.
The register will enable: quicker and more accurate data collection on personnel; automatic generation of analytics regarding reserves; reduction of bureaucratic procedures and human error.
A key innovation is the Military ID, a digital identifier that will facilitate data exchange between registers without disclosing personal information.
According to Umerov, in the future, military personnel will be able to access social services, benefits, and bonuses online, particularly through the Army+ application.
