Enhanced Features of MISTO App in Odesa
The MISTO app is continually improving services in Odesa. Users can now submit requests directly to city authorities thanks to a new integration with the citizen request system.
This innovative feature allows users to:
- quickly report various issues in the city (road damage, utility service interruptions, etc.);
- attach photos and geolocation to their requests;
- track the status of their requests in real time.
The main screen has also been updated: now it features shortcuts to the most popular services, allowing users to access them more quickly. The interface has become more dynamic and user-friendly, making daily tasks even quicker to complete.
