Two Fires in Odessa Result in Injuries
In Odessa, two fire incidents occurred within a day, leading to the injury of three people, two of whom were hospitalized. This was reported by the emergency services.
Last evening, in the Peresyp district on Solyana Street, a fire broke out in a one-story private residence. The fire was quickly extinguished. As a result of the fire, a man and a woman (both born in 1953) were injured; the man was hospitalized, while the woman declined medical assistance.
The cause of the fire and the damage are currently under investigation. One unit of equipment and five firefighters were involved from the emergency services, along with one unit of equipment and four personnel from the Municipal Water Rescue Service.
The second incident took place in the Khadzhybey district on Krajnaya Street, where a summer kitchen caught fire. This fire was also swiftly extinguished.
«As a result of the fire, a man (born in 1961) was injured and hospitalized. The cause of the fire and the damage are being investigated. Two units of equipment and eight firefighters were involved» - the service reported.
