Maintenance of Residential Areas in Odesa
Employees of the Municipal Enterprise «Residential and Communal Service «Vuzivskyy» are actively engaged in maintaining order in the adjacent territories.
Twice a day, the janitors perform cleaning tasks (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying trash bins, removing litter, washing garbage containers, etc.).
Additionally, the municipal workers are responsible for mowing grass, trimming trees, and caring for flowerbeds and lawns around the buildings they service.
Experts from the «Residential and Communal Service «Vuzivskyy» carry out repairs of life-support systems in buildings at the request of residents (replacement and repair of heating, water supply, sewage, electrical systems, roofs, and more).
Since the beginning of October, the workers have replaced sections of drainage pipes at the addresses: Lustdorfskaya Road, 54v and Ak. Hlushka Avenue, 14. They also replaced a section of the storm sewer pipe at the address: Heavenly Hundred Avenue, 30.
At the request of residents, they also repaired the rolled roof covering in leaking areas at the address: Cosmonauts Street, 7.
In early October, adverse weather added to the workload, and the employees of the Municipal Enterprise «Residential and Communal Service «Vuzivskyy» performed tree branch cutting at the following addresses: Ak. Hlushka Avenue / Ak. Korolev Street, Scientific Street, 50/3 and Heavenly Hundred Avenue, 29.
Furthermore, the cleaning crew of the «Residential and Communal Service «Vuzivskyy» collaborated with the «City Roads» workers to clean up a designated area for bulky waste at the address: Heavenly Hundred Avenue, 4.
