Updates on Housing and Utility Services in Odessa
The employees of the Public Utility Company 'Housing and Utility Service 'Chornomorsky' are continually improving the condition of the yards and adjacent areas.
Twice a day, the utility workers carry out cleaning tasks (sweeping yards and sidewalks, emptying bins, picking up litter, washing garbage bins, etc.).
As part of their planned activities, they also mow the grass and maintain flower beds and lawns adjacent to the buildings they service.
Upon residents' requests, specialists from the 'Housing and Utility Service 'Chornomorsky' conduct repairs to the essential systems of the buildings.
Every Wednesday and Thursday, technical inspections of buildings and repairs of engineering networks are conducted, along with the cleaning of stairwells, washing of containers, cutting down hazardous trees, and sanitary pruning of bushes.
In October, the utility workers operated at the following addresses: 5, 34, 34a, 36, 13, 25 Yaroslav Mudry Avenue; 42, 118/2, 76/2, 81/3, 45/1, 53/1, 58, and 104/1 Ak. Korolev Street; 6/1, 23, 13, 15, 17, and 27 Family Glodan Street; 75, 77, and 52/4 Ye. Chikalenko Street; 176 and 178 Lustdorf Road.
Additionally, works were carried out to replace two sewer discharges at 13/1 Yaroslav Mudry Avenue. The pavement was restored after the sewer discharge replacement at Family Glodan Street, 17, benches and bins were painted at 90a Ak. Korolev Street, preparatory work was done for a new elevator installation at Family Glodan Street, 31, and the internet cable was organized in the entrances of buildings at Yaroslav Mudry Avenue, 34 and 36, as well as roof cleaning was performed at Family Glodan Street, 4.
The 'Housing and Utility Service 'Chornomorsky' has also purchased LED lights, which have already begun to be installed in the entrances of the serviced buildings.
Moreover, this week, specialists from the 'Housing and Utility Service 'Chornomorsky' participated in eliminating the consequences of hostile shelling alongside other utility workers.
