Consequences of the Hostile Attack in Odesa
In the night of November 6-7, 2024, as a result of a hostile attack in the Khadjibey district of Odesa, three residential buildings, 14 cars, and a gas pipeline were damaged.
As of 14:00, damage was recorded in 110 apartments. Utility workers are responding to the aftermath of the night attack by temporarily covering window openings with plastic. The plastic and other materials were provided by the NGO "Tenth of April" with support from the UNHCR and the charity fund "Winds of Change".
For residents of the damaged buildings and utility workers on site, the charity fund "Morning of Revival" has organized hot meals and beverages.
Medical staff and psychologists from the Primary Health Care Center No. 16 provided psychological support to those affected by the hostile attack.
Additionally, a city operational headquarters is working on-site. You can contact the headquarters for assistance in restoring windows and doors and receive consultation regarding the state program eRecovery.
Applications for assistance under the eRecovery program and material assistance from the city budget for restoring windows and doors can be submitted at the Khadjibey District Administration.
