Traffic Light Reconstruction Resumes in Odesa
The municipal institution «SMEP» is resuming the modernization of traffic lights at Independence Square in Odesa following a necessary break due to weather conditions.
The work is expected to last for two weeks, during which temporary outages of traffic lights may occur.
