Uninterrupted Power Supply for Traffic Lights in the City
Experts from the KУ «СМЕП» have completed the installation of new uninterrupted power supply units for traffic light systems in the city.
New systems have been set up at eight key intersections:
- Italian Street – Uspenska Street;
- Oleksandrivskyi Avenue – Sviatoslav Karavansky Street (near Odessa Lyceum No. 1);
- Mechnikov Street – High Lane;
- Italian Street – Greek Street;
- Balkivska Street – Melnytska Street;
- 28th Brigade Street – Prince Volodymyr the Great Avenue;
- Otaman Holovatyi Street – Odariya Street;
- Black Sea Cossacks Street, 72 (OJSC “ODESILMASH”)
These measures are aimed at improving road safety and reducing the likelihood of accidents even during power outages.
