Upgrade of the Cardiology Department in Odesa
In line with current regulations, multidisciplinary cluster hospitals are required to provide quality medical care across various fields, including cardiology.
To strengthen the healthcare network in Odesa, renovation work is underway at City Clinical Hospital No. 11 to establish cardiology and cardiac surgery departments.
The new department will feature large and small operating rooms, an intensive care unit, an ultrasound room, a treatment room, a dressing room, and comfortable small-capacity wards. A medical lift is also being installed to facilitate patient transport within the building.
Currently, structural reinforcements have been completed, and the premises have been reconfigured to meet medical requirements and modern usage. Medical panels that comply with European sanitation and hygiene standards for recovery and surgical units are being used in the decor.
Modern energy-efficient windows and doors are being installed, and utility systems are being replaced. After the renovation, landscaping of the surrounding area, and installation of advanced medical equipment, the cardiology and cardiac surgery department at City Clinical Hospital No. 11 will begin accepting patients who will receive qualified medical assistance in a comfortable setting.
