Fighting for Health: New Opportunities in the Odessa Region
The Oncology Center and the Children's Psychiatry Department — places where the battle for health and life takes place daily. The Odessa authorities are actively supporting medical initiatives.

Odessa Regional Oncology Center
During the visit, the conditions under which patients undergo radiation therapy were checked, an essential stage of treatment.
As part of the Medical Guarantees Program, patients receive:
- oncologist consultations;
- CT scans (Siemens GoSim);
- preparation and stable fixation for radiation therapy.
Each radiation session is not just a procedure but a genuine fight for life.
Odessa Regional Children's Clinical Hospital — updated Children's Psychiatry Department
Since July 1, 2025, a modern inpatient children's psychiatry department has been operating here. This is a place where the fight for children's emotional well-being takes place daily.
25 beds, state-of-the-art equipment, and a team of specialists — this is not just about treatment but also about support and understanding.
While renovations are ongoing, assistance is already being provided. Inclusion, barrier-free access, and telemedicine are actively implemented here. Many children are receiving treatment.
During the visits, we discussed issues and future plans with the doctors. Changing the working conditions is a path to improving the quality of life.
