International Initiative for Child Development in Odessa Kindergartens
Preschools in Odessa, specifically institutions No. 45, No. 88, and No. 225, have joined the international initiative “Think Equal”, which focuses on comprehensive social-emotional development for young children.
This initiative will be implemented during the 2024-2025 period by the non-profit organization Think Equal (UK) in collaboration with the All-Ukrainian Foundation “Step by Step”.
The project aims to foster social-emotional skills in preschoolers, enhance educators’ professional competencies on social-emotional growth and mental health issues, and support parents in promoting their children’s emotional resilience.
To facilitate the program's implementation, educational institutions have been provided with methodological resources, including manuals, workbooks, and textbooks.
