Free Course for Teens: Navigating Social Media Safely
Teenagers are constantly influenced by social media, often unaware that much of the content they encounter is intentional manipulation or deception.
A free info hygiene course has been launched in Ukraine to help teens learn how to safeguard themselves online.
The training is designed like a computer game featuring vibrant characters, engaging quests, and rewards. It can be accessed from a computer, tablet, or smartphone, and participants can revisit lessons or retake tasks at any time.
The course creators include information researcher and educator Oksana Moroz, author of the book "How Not to Become a Vegetable," and child and family psychologist Kateryna Holtzberg, president of the Professional Association of Child Analytical Psychologists.
This online course is available on the interactive platform Unicorn School from any device. Register here: https://unicorn.itstep.org/infohygiene-training-course
