New Memorial Museum in Odessa

In Odessa, there is an innovative Memorial Museum. The city, like many others, carries a painful history related to the Holocaust. We honor the memory of all those who suffered during those dark times. Our museum exhibits and displays pass on testimonies to future generations, as this is part of our collective memory.

Last year, a unique memorial area dedicated to the genocide of various peoples was established in Odessa. A group of individuals has come together to preserve and share the stories of diverse cultures, with the aim of enlightening society.

The Memorial Museum is located in the post office building at 10 Sadova Street.

On January 27, 2025, the global community commemorates the tragic events - it marks 80 years since the liberation of the Auschwitz concentration camp. This day is observed as the Day of Remembrance for Holocaust victims and to prevent crimes against humanity.
