Empowering Women Leaders: The She Can Project in Dobroslav
The final event of the She Can project took place in Dobroslav, aimed at enhancing women's leadership capabilities and encouraging their active participation in community life.
This initiative was implemented by the public organization «Agency for Educational Policy Development» in collaboration with D4U, supported by the German Federal Foreign Office.
During the closing meeting, participants showcased four innovative initiatives developed during training. These projects impressed everyone with their relevance, creativity, and commitment to bringing positive changes to their communities.
By invitation of the community head, Lyudmyla Prokopechko, the event also featured the director of the Regional Office for International Cooperation in Odesa, Oleksandr Sheka, who provided valuable insights and praised the high level of preparation of the presented ideas.
Such initiatives highlight the effectiveness of international partnerships and underscore the importance of supporting women's leadership for the sustainable development of Odesa communities.
