Changes to Visa-Free Entry for Ukrainians in Georgia
The Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Kobakhidze, announced modifications to the visa-free entry regulations for Ukrainian citizens.

Details: On April 3, it was revealed that Ukrainians can now stay in Georgia without a visa for only one year instead of three.
"Ukrainian citizens are allowed to enter Georgia without a visa, but their stay duration has been shortened to one year," – the new regulations state.
Ukrainians who entered and stayed in Georgia before February 24, 2025, will have their residency extended until February 24, 2026.
Background: In February 2023, Georgian authorities allowed Ukrainians to stay in the country without a visa for two years, and in April 2024, this period was extended to three years.
