Art Therapy for Veterans in Odesa: A Creative Initiative for Veterans.
In Odesa, a creative event took place focused on the theme of «Dreams, Goals, and Aspirations».
Veterans and their families engaged in painting and discussions about how to turn their dreams into reality. Through art practices and mindfulness techniques, participants connected with themselves, relieved stress, and created their own lucky talisman.
The session was led by psychologist, art therapist, and mindfulness instructor Polina Bereziuk.
