Service Restoration Following Data Center Outage
The data center that experienced a service outage has successfully restored operations for most of its clients.
This was announced by De Nova's CEO, Maxim Ageev.
He indicated that the power outage lasted from 8:03 to 8:17. The reasons for the incident are still unknown, but Ageev dismissed the possibility of a cyberattack.
According to him, scheduled maintenance was taking place at the data center, during which the automatic power switching system was triggered unexpectedly, preventing access to backup power.
Ageev stated that De Nova has restored services for the majority of clients, and they have begun to resume operations, although some companies are still "in line" and will recover within a few hours.
