Temporary Disruptions in Mobile Apps Due to Technical Upgrades
Due to technical upgrades at a major data center, there has been a temporary disruption in mobile applications, as reported by "Diia".

Details: Social media reports indicate that banking apps, "Nova Poshta", "Diia", "Kyiv Digital", and others are not functioning.
Gorokhovsky suggested that a hacker attack might have been conducted on one of the large data centers.
According to the Kyiv City State Administration, due to the technical failure at "Oschadbank", contactless payment for subway rides is currently unavailable.
At the moment, payment for rides can be made:
- using a transport card;
- via a qr code generated in the Kyiv Digital app;
- with a paper qr ticket.
Updated: Later it became known that the issue was not related to a cyber attack. The power supply at the De Novo data center failed during scheduled maintenance.
