New Shipping Routes Between Ukraine and Georgia
For the first time since the onset of the full-scale invasion, two voyages have been made from the port of "Chornomorsk" to the Georgian port of "Batumi".
This was announced by Tymofiy Murakhovskyi, the director of commercial operations and logistics at JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia", as reported by "Interfax-Ukraine".
"Two voyages were completed on March 18 and 26 from "Chornomorsk" to "Batumi", with a third planned for next week," he stated.
According to him, the first voyages in March were conducted under conditions of information silence. He urged businesses to engage more actively in this direction.
This project is being implemented with the participation of the shipping company "Ukrferry" (Odessa) and the subsidiary of JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia", UZ Cargo Poland (Warsaw).
