Electricity Consumption Rises in Ukraine
In Ukraine, electricity consumption has been increasing for three consecutive days.

According to their data, as of 9:30 AM on April 9, the level of electricity consumption was 1.1% higher than at the same time the previous day — Tuesday.
The company explains that this increase is due to the persistently cold weather across Ukraine, with nighttime frosts.
It is noted that on April 8, the daily maximum consumption was recorded in the evening, which was 2% higher than the maximum of the previous day — Monday, April 7.
"Today, it remains necessary to consume electricity conservatively. Please limit the use of high-power electrical appliances from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM," emphasized "Ukrenergo."
Reminder:
In Ukraine, due to a significant drop in temperature as of the morning of April 7, electricity consumption exceeded the level of the previous working day — April 4, by 16%.
On April 8, electricity consumption continued to remain high. As of 9:30 AM, the level of electricity consumption was 2.3% higher than at the same time the previous day — Monday.
"Ukrenergo" denied rumors regarding a potential return of power outages.
