Honoring Distinguished Energy Professionals in Ukraine
Recently, the head of the Izmail electrical networks at DTEK, Valentyn Kravchenko, received the prestigious title of «Honored Energy Worker of Ukraine». This award not only recognizes his individual accomplishments but also highlights the collective effort of the team that tirelessly restores electricity after each attack. With 32 years in the energy sector, Valentyn has risen from an electrician to a leader. In the challenging conditions of war, he is one of those who organizes teams to ensure that power returns to homes as quickly as possible.
Alongside Valentyn, three other colleagues were also awarded the title of «Honored Energy Worker of Ukraine»: Serhiy Kokuza, manager of the emergency response department, Mykola Khachina, senior master at the substation repair and operation center, and Roman Stamat, head of high-voltage network operations.
