Digital Transformation in Ukraine: New Horizons
We introduce a new initiative in the field of digital technologies — the Digital State UA platform, which showcases our country's achievements in innovative solutions on an international scale.
Our goal is to change perceptions of Ukraine, establishing it as a leader in innovation, GovTech, and digital resilience. We aim to demonstrate how adaptive technologies can strengthen democracies, making governance more transparent and efficient.
"We are creating a user-friendly digital state for citizens and businesses. Ukraine not only learns from others but also implements unique technologies that attract global interest. Digital State UA will serve as a portal through which the world can see how digitalization transforms our country," said Mykhailo Fedorov, Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine.
The platform showcases Ukraine's achievements in the GovTech and IT sectors in both English and Ukrainian. Ukraine has proven that digital solutions can be fast and user-friendly. An app with 22 million users and the Diia web portal offering over 130 services have changed the perception of public services. Diia.City, with an attractive tax regime for IT, connects thousands of residents. The Diia.Education platform helps millions of Ukrainians enhance their digital literacy.
"Ukraine ranks among the top countries globally in the EGDI index, showing substantial progress in digital services. We have redefined communication between the state and citizens by studying the experiences of advanced countries and are ready to share our findings. This is not just about digital products but also about a new approach to governance with open code," added Valeria Ionan, Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation.
The Digital State UA platform not only highlights projects of the Ministry of Digital Transformation but also represents the entire GovTech and IT market in Ukraine. We aim to attract investors to collaborate with Ukrainian companies for the development of innovations.

"Launching this platform amid war is symbolic: we are not just a country in need of support; we are a country creating technologies capable of changing the world," emphasized Viktor Lyakh, President of the Eastern Europe Foundation.
Leaders from the technology sector and international analytical centers have contributed to the content creation. Digital State UA is constantly updated through partnerships with the IT Ukraine Association and others.
It's time to act together to accelerate digital transformation in Ukraine and worldwide.
Digital State UA is a resource for governments, businesses, and media that demonstrates how Ukrainian digital solutions improve citizens' interaction with the state, reducing bureaucracy and simplifying services.
Ukraine has a lot to say to the world, and Digital State UA will be the voice of this transformation.
