Tragic Loss: Soldier from Odesa Killed in Action
While on a combat mission, a soldier from Odesa, Dmytro Yaremchuk, was killed in the Bakhmut area. He was 44 years old. The farewell will be held tomorrow, April 4.
In the city of Yuzhne, it was reported that Sergeant Dmytro Yaremchuk served as a machine gunner in the mechanized battalion of military unit A0666. The 44-year-old soldier lost his life on March 4 this year while on a combat assignment near the settlement of Pivnichne in Bakhmut district, Donetsk region.
"We express our sincere condolences to Dmytro's family, his relatives, and comrades. Eternal and bright memory to the Defender of Ukraine, who gave his life for our homeland!"
April 4 has been declared a Day of Mourning in the community. We ask everyone to lower the national flags on buildings and structures in the community."
