Ukrzaliznytsia's Online Services Restored
The online ticket sales platforms of Ukrzaliznytsia are operating smoothly once again.
This was reported by the company's press service.
"We have migrated to a new platform, ensured security measures, and are actively restoring additional features," the statement reads.
The company notes that the mobile app has reinstated the ability to plan trips with transfers.
Online displays of train schedules at stations will gradually be restored throughout the day.
"There are no queues observed at the ticket counters," the company added.
Reminder:
On March 23, a large-scale cyberattack targeted Ukrzaliznytsia, rendering most online services inoperable.
On March 27, the online ticket sales system was restored in a backup format for purchasing new train tickets and processing returns.
