Digitalization of Government Services: New Opportunities for Citizens
Government services are becoming more accessible through new electronic initiatives
The Ukrainian government has approved a new plan that involves 25 state institutions, including the Ministry of Digital Transformation, working towards providing services in electronic format by 2026.
The goal of this initiative is to make government services easy to access for all Ukrainians without unnecessary paperwork and queues. More than 30 types of services are planned for digitalization, including education, healthcare, social protection for veterans, as well as customs and construction services.
Among the proposed innovations are the ability to register marriages and deaths online and remote driving theory exams. This will help reduce bureaucracy and corruption within government agencies.
The Ministry of Digital Transformation continues to implement digital technologies so that Ukrainians can receive fast and free services without wasting time.
