Approval of Humanitarian Transport Usage Law
The Parliament has approved bill No. 12177-1, which permits public enterprises to use transport received as humanitarian aid.
The law applies to buses, trolleybuses, trams, and electric buses provided by both Ukrainian and international partners.
During the war, 90 communities across 13 regions received over 400 buses, along with numerous trams and trolleybuses.
Olexiy Kuleba stated: "Regions have long awaited this decision. We hope the bill will soon be passed in its entirety, allowing communities to efficiently utilize this transport".
This is a crucial step towards ensuring stable transportation, especially in frontline areas!
