Empowering Women Through Career Support in Odesa
The 'Vona' career hub operates in Odesa, aimed at assisting women who have experienced domestic or gender-based violence in gaining employment or starting their own businesses.
By reaching out to the hub, women can:
- schedule a free and confidential consultation with a career advisor for personalized job search support;
- receive individual psychological counseling through a referral from the career advisor to aid with employment and adaptation at a new job;
- participate in free professional courses that will help them acquire new knowledge, skills, and professions, as well as attend training sessions and webinars aimed at enhancing professional and communication skills.
The 'Vona' hub is a collaborative project of the Odesa City Council and the UN Population Fund in Ukraine.
