New Buses for Odesa: Enhancing Public Transport
As part of the Ministry of Development project «Shoulder to Shoulder», Odesa has acquired 27 additional buses from Kropyvnytskyi, Mykolaiv, Lviv, and the Mariupol community.
The city continues to operate its existing social routes, which mirror the routes of the urban electric transport.
Additionally, a new route has been introduced: «Freedom Avenue – Architect Street» (1 unit). This route duplicates tram line No. 27.
On January 6, Odesa welcomed another 5 buses from Zhytomyr as part of the «Shoulder to Shoulder» project. These bi-section buses will be gifted to the city.
They will soon undergo testing and will join the existing public transport system alongside vehicles from other communities.
