Humanitarian Buses Arrive in Odesa from Partner Cities
Odesa has welcomed new humanitarian buses from its partner cities, Regensburg and Istanbul. These comfortable low-floor Mercedes buses operate on major routes, linking essential social facilities such as healthcare institutions, social services, humanitarian aid points, the railway station, and bus stations.
The first four municipal buses are already functioning on the social route «Railway Station - 28th Brigade Street» with a 20-minute frequency.
Additionally, two more social routes have been launched in the city: «Sviatoslav Richter Street – Dihtiarna Street» and «Tyraspolskyi Highway (Two Pillars) – Dihtiarna Street». Each route has two buses operating at one-hour intervals.
The routes operate from 06:30 to 20:00, especially during peak hours.
The buses facilitate transit across all social directions in the city and are free of charge for the public.
