Ukrposhta Maintains Delivery Rates Amid Competitors' Increases
According to Ukrposhta's CEO Ihor Smilyansky, the company will not be revising its delivery rates for parcels.
In a Telegram message, he stated that many media outlets have reported that their competitor, Nova Poshta, will increase rates starting December 1. Many customers have asked if Ukrposhta plans a similar move.
Smilyansky replied, "No" to any potential rate increases.
He also highlighted that this year, customers can use the "Winter Support" program to pay for deliveries.
"With 1000 hryvnias, you can send or receive approximately 15 parcels with Ukrposhta (and over 20 if you choose the Basic rate)", – he informed.
