Emergency Water Supply Shutdown in Odesa
According to the “Infoksvodokanal” branch, due to urgent repair work on the water supply facility, from 7:00 AM on November 15, 2025, to 7:00 AM on November 16, 2025, water supply will be suspended for consumers in part of the Peresyp district of Odesa (housing estate «Luzanivka», formerly known as «Kotovskiy»).
During the water outage, city services will provide technical water delivery via water trucks.
Locations for technical water delivery:

- 29 28th Brigade St (Paustovskogo) (opposite the arch);
- Academician Zabolotny St (opposite the arch);
- 5/1 Yaroslav Bais St (Vysotsky);
- 1 Vladislav Buvalkin St (Bocharov) (in the courtyard);
- 12 Academician Zabolotny St;
- 1 Academician Zabolotny St (near the emergency medical assistance station);
- 9 Marseille St (near supermarket «Tavria V»);
- 14 Desantny Boulevard (near the Peresyp district registry office);
- 82 Heroes of Defense of Odesa St (Heroes of Stalingrad) (near the playground);
- 18 Heroes of Defense of Odesa St (Heroes of Stalingrad) (in the courtyard);
- 67 Luzanivska St (near the Clever Housing Company office);
- 26 Joliot-Curie St;
- 155 Prince Volodymyr the Great Ave (Dobrovolskogo);
- 139a Prince Volodymyr the Great Ave (Dobrovolskogo);
- 82 Krymska St.
Technical water trucks will be available at these addresses starting at 8:00 AM.
Additionally, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, the public drinking fountains in the Peresyp district will operate at the following addresses: 71 Krymska St and 60 Heroes of Defense of Odesa St.
