Romanian Consulate Resumes Services in Odesa
Starting October 16, 2025, the Romanian Consulate in Odesa will resume its public services in an outreach format. This has been announced by the institution's press service on its website.
Initially, all services will be provided at the ‘Premier’ hotel (32 Akademichna St, Odesa), until administrative issues are resolved for the full restoration of the consulate's operations.
For further information and to schedule an appointment for urgent consular services (travel documents, notarization, renunciation of temporary protection provided by the Romanian state, signing declarations of cultural identity) interested individuals are asked to contact: consulat.itinerant.odesa@gmail.com.
It is worth noting that the Romanian consulate in Odesa has been closed for over three years, which has caused dissatisfaction among the Romanian community of Bujak.
