Weather Forecast and Public Transport Updates in Odesa
According to forecasts, significant rainfall, thunderstorms, and wind gusts of 15-20 m/s are expected in Odesa and the surrounding areas on October 8-9.
Information on the operation of the city’s electric transport as of the morning of October 8:
Tram routes No. 18 and No. 20 are temporarily out of service (shuttle buses are operating on these routes).
Due to the temporary suspension of tram N18, transport is provided by bus route No. 18-k from the 11th to the 16th stations of the Big Fountain. Departures from the 11th station start from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (hourly service). Today, a bus is operating on this route.
Tram route No. 7 has resumed service.
It operates on the route: 28th Brigade Street — 11th station of Lustdorf Road.
As of 7:00 AM, traffic on the city roads is free.
Flooding has been reported at:
- 15 Nalyvna Street — the roadway is flooded, but traffic continues;
- Yarmarkovy Lane — flooding present, but traffic is possible.
Emergency teams from the municipal enterprise “City Roads” are working to clean storm drains.
