Scheduled Maintenance for Veterans Registry
On Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 09:30 to 23:00, there will be scheduled technical maintenance to update the Unified State Register of War Veterans (USRWV). The Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine reports that during this time, the operation of the Register will be temporarily suspended, and integrated services will be unavailable, including:
- digital veteran ID in the apps “Diia” and “Veteran Pro”;
- online and offline services related to the USRWV;
- checking veterans' statuses in offices of authorized persons (KUO);
- automated status checks when providing benefits and payments.
The Ministry assures that all personal data of users will remain protected. After the completion of the work, the operation of the Register and related services will resume as normal.
The Unified State Register of War Veterans is an official database containing information about individuals with war veteran status, combat participants, war victims, and more. The Register provides automated status verification for the provision of benefits, social services, and government support, integrating with a range of digital services that simplify access to rights and guarantees for veterans.
The Ministry of Veterans Affairs urges everyone to consider the temporary restrictions in operations and to inform veterans and citizens about potential inconveniences.
