Closure of Illegal Street Trade in Khadjibey
The illegal street trading activities in Khadjibey district of Odessa have been eradicated.
Responding to numerous complaints from residents about street trading along Itzhak Rabin Street (Boris Derev’yanka Square), representatives of the Consumer Market Development Department, together with the Khadjibey District Administration, dismantled unlawfully placed trading structures.
During the dismantling process, members of the National Police of Ukraine and city council deputies were also involved.
Additionally, several administrative protocols were drawn up for violations of urban order, illegal land occupation, and conducting trade without adhering to the regulations on temporary structures for business activities in Odessa.
A decision was also made to establish a permanent presence in this area to ensure proper monitoring and prevent the continuation of illegal street trading.
