Fire Incident in Odesa: Swift Action by Firefighters
Last evening, a reeds fire broke out on Hadjibeyska Road in Odesa. The strong winds caused the flames to spread rapidly. A drone was deployed for aerial reconnaissance to assess the situation and coordinate the actions of the firefighting units.
Firefighters promptly extinguished the blaze over an area of 0.7 hectares, preventing further spread of the fire.
Fortunately, there were no casualties or injuries.
The cause of the fire is under investigation. The State Emergency Service involved 5 units of equipment and 19 firefighters, while the municipal service contributed 1 unit of equipment and 4 personnel.
