Enhancements in MISTO: Your Service Preferences
From August 6 to 21, 2025, a survey was conducted in the MISTO mobile app titled «What new digital services would you like to see in MISTO?».
The survey results indicated that residents of Odessa are most eager to see the following services in the app:
• public transport movement information — 19%;
• fare payment options — 16%.
Digital transport services are coming soon to MISTO!
Next in popularity:
• ticket purchasing (zoos, museums, etc.) — 12%;
• partner services (train and bus tickets, concerts, shows) — 10%.
Equal votes (8%) were received for:
• contacting your district representative;
• tourist routes with audio guides.
The second-to-last place (7%) was taken by:
• medical services (doctor appointments);
• utility payments (heating, water, gas, electricity, waste).
The least priority was given to:
• accessibility maps and barrier-free routes;
• parking fine payments.
