This partnership will make NASA+ programs available on the streaming platform Netflix, which boasts an audience of over 700 million subscribers globally.
Viewers will have the chance to experience rocket launches, astronaut spacewalks, mission reports, and stunning sights of Earth from the International Space Station, as stated by the American space agency.
Rebecca Sirmons, the general manager of NASA+, mentioned, "The National Aeronautics and Space Act of 1958 calls on us to share the story of space exploration with as broad an audience as possible."
NASA hopes that this will allow them to "convey the excitement of discoveries, inventions, and space research to people, no matter where they are."
