Transfer of Port Infrastructure in Odesa Region

The port infrastructure of the Odesa region has been transferred to ARMA management.

Thanks to the coordinated efforts of the Southern Interregional Territorial Administration of ARMA and the Specialized Environmental Prosecutor's Office, the real estate that is part of the region's port complex logistics infrastructure has been transferred to the National Agency for the Search and Management of Assets by a ruling of a judge of the Kyiv District Court of Odesa.

These assets can be utilized to ensure stable cargo flows, strengthen food and energy security, and restore logistics chains during wartime.

Despite the constant threat of missile strikes and maritime blockades, the ports of Odesa continue to operate steadily. Since the beginning of 2024, over 46 million tons of cargo, including agricultural products, have been exported through maritime corridors.

Amid the temporary inaccessibility of ports in Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and Mykolaiv regions, Odesa plays a critically important role as the country's single logistics center, with about 80% of total cargo flow passing through its ports.

Currently, these assets have been inspected by experts from the Southern MTU ARMA. The next step will involve an independent asset valuation. After determining its market value, the asset will be put up for open competition in the Prozorro system to find an effective manager.

Information about the selection of managers is available on the official ARMA website in the "Management of Seized Assets" section.
